STAR Curriculum

The STAR School Curriculum is a tool for TQ2S+ youth to build power, protect each other, and take action. Grounded in organizing tradition and shaped by lived experience, it offers flexible, youth-centered modules on protest safety, movement history, and collective care. As Octavia Butler said, “Learn and run.”—this curriculum helps young people study what they need to know, then move with purpose toward freedom.

The STAR Curriculum is collaboratively created with partner youth-serving organizations rooted in local organizing. It is shaped by on-the-ground wisdom, edited and refined by regional movement leaders, and brought to life by TQ2S+ trainers at GSA Network. Each lesson is a tool for liberation built by and for our communities.
